The results of the first admission are sent to the e-mail address of the students by the ASBU International Office.
(The list will not be published by the International Office within the scope of KVKK.) You can access the results from your application e-mail address.

1. EVALUATION FINAL REGISTRATION SCHEDULE:
Final registration for the first round: Between 03.07.2023 (09:00) – 07.07.2023 (16:30).
REGISTRATION ADDRESS:
For final registration, it is necessary to apply in person with registration documents. It is not possible to register by mail or postal mail. However, it can be legally registered with a notarized power of attorney.
Candidates who do not personally apply to the address of ASBU Registrar's Office, Hükümet Meydanı Ulus/Altındağ/Ankara within the registration dates, and who do not have the following documents missing, will lose their right to register.
FINAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS:
a) Original High School Diploma and transcript and Diploma Equivalency Certificate (Turkish copy approved by the Turkish Embassy, Consulate or Provincial Directorate of National Education)
b) Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate, if any,
c) Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if any,
(* Candidates who are entitled to enroll in the Russian-Turkish Translation and Interpretation department are required to submit a certificate of proficiency-exemption for one of the Turkish or Russian languages, since the education language of the department is 100% Russian.)
ç) For the citizens of the countries exempted from visa with the agreements to which the Republic of Turkey is a party or with the decision of the Council of Ministers, a valid residence permit to be obtained from the Embassies/Consulates of the Republic of Turkey, the certificate of residence certified by the Republic of Turkey or the Turkish Republic. Turkish copy approved by the Embassy or Consulate,
d) A certified passport or an ID from official authorities or a T.R. Turkish copy approved by the Embassy or Consulate,
e) Bank receipt showing that the Tuition/Tuition fee has been paid,
f) Biometric Photo (4 pcs)
g) T.C. nationals of T.C. Identity Number statement or photocopy of Identity Card,
ğ) T.C. A document approved by the official authorities regarding the military service status of male candidates,
h) The original of the GCE AL exam result document of the TRNC national candidates who have completed their entire secondary education in TRNC high schools.
